Automated Piston and Sleeve Assembly Machine Introduction

Operation Process

• Piston Component Feeding: The machine has a professional piston component feeding system, often a vibratory bowl feeder. Once activated, numerous piston components are neatly arranged and transported to the assembly station. Through mechanical vibration and a precise conveyor track, the feeder ensures each piston component enters the next stage in the correct orientation and posture.
• Rubber Ring Feeding and Inspection: Concurrently, the rubber ring is fed via a separate system. An advanced and precise detection device inspects the rubber rings for quality, checking for appearance defects and dimensional accuracy. If a non-conforming ring is found, the machine halts and displays the fault. Only qualified rings are allocated and transported to the assembly position.
• Finished and Defective Product Discharge: After precise assembly of the piston components and rubber rings, the machine enters the product separation phase. Qualified finished products are automatically conveyed to the finished product collection area as preset. If assembly issues occur, such as improper installation or missing parts, the machine identifies the defective products, separates them, and sends them to the defective product collection area for rework, repair, or scrapping. This ensures only high-quality products enter the market, maintaining overall product quality and brand image.
