Specification
This automated machine uses a turntable to sequentially complete the water supply, side leakage and pressure maintenance tests of the pump core, ensuring that the quality of each link meets the standards.
First, the pump core enters 10 workstations at once through the material rail; then the turntable rotates, and the water supply test verifies whether the pump’s water supply function is normal; then, the side leakage test checks whether there is a leakage problem in the pump body; finally, the pressure maintenance test ensures the stability and sealing of the pump under pressure conditions.
All defective products that fail the test will be separated and discharged to ensure the reliability and quality of the final product. The entire process is efficient and automated, and the quality of each link is strictly controlled.
