Chifanizo

Stage 1: Collar Feeding & Positioning

Stage 2: Assembly on Rotating Disk

 

  1. Inspection: The rotating disk rotates, and the Collar is turned to the inspection station.
    • Action: Check whether there is a Collar at the inspection station.
  2. Rubber Head Assembly: The rotating disk continues to rotate and turns to the station where it is assembled with the dropper rubber head.
    • Parallel Action: The rubber head enters the corresponding track through the feeding conveyor belt.
  3. Zofanana: The Collar is matched with the rubber head.
  4. Pressing: The rotating disk continues to rotate, and the Collar and the rubber head are firmly assembled.
  5. Dropper Assembly: The rotating disk continues to rotate to the dropper station.
    • Action: Match the three-piece set, fix and press the dropper and the Collar rubber head.

 

Stage 3: Final Output & System Check

 

  1. Ejection: The rotating disk rotates to the product outlet.
  2. Kusanjidwa: Finished and defective products are selected.
  3. System Reset & Kufufuza: The rotating disk continues to rotate and detects whether there is a product at the production station.
  4. Process Control:
    • If there is no product, it continues to run.
    • If there is a product, error adjustment is made.
