Detailed Assembly Process for the Six Mini Trigger Components

Step 1: Pump Core Inspection

  • Component: 1. Pump Core
  • Process: The Pump Core is the first component to enter the first assembly station via a specified material train. The pump core is a double station and will detect whether there is a product on the station before proceeding to the next assembly.

Step 2: Assembly with the Closure

  • Component: 2. Closure
  • Process: The Closure enters the workstation and is assembled with the Pump Core, which passed the earlier inspection. This process perfectly integrates the two components, forming the product’s basic power unit.

Step 3: Installation into the Mini Trigger Body

  • Component: 3. Mini Trigger Body
  • Process: The sub-assembly with the Pump Core and Closure is moved to the next station. The Mini Trigger Body also enters this station, and the sub-assembly is securely fitted within the body.

Step 4: Switch Installation

  • Component: 4. Switch
  • Process: A specific vibration plate and rail are used to automatically and correctly feed the switch into a mounting slot on the trigger body. It is then mounted and fastened. This component manages the open and close of the spray function.

Step 5: Actuator Installation

  • Component: 5. Actuator
  • Process: The Actuator goes to the current workstation. It attaches to the trigger body. This connects to the internal switch and the core mechanism. The Actuator is a key linkage that uses the user’s finger pressure to power the internal pump core.

Step 6: Handle Installation to Complete Final Assembly

  • Component: 6. Handle
  • Process: The almost assembled product is routed to the final assembly station. The Handle is securely connected to the trigger body while illuminated by a temperature lamp (which is commonly used to facilitate adhesive drying or assure a stable thermal fit for plastic parts). This completes the assembly of a tiny trigger that includes all six components.

Final Stage: Finished Product Inspection & Sorting

  • Process: Finally, the products will be sorted out into corresponding turnover boxes.
