Automated Cutting Machine: Process & Astaamaha

I. Operational Workflow

1. The products to be cut are placed on the template manually, and the products are transported to the cutting station by means of a conveyor belt.
2. After the cutting is completed, the products continue to move forward with the conveyor belt until they reach the outlet.

II. Outlet Safety Device

• The outlet is equipped with a safety device.
• Once it detects that the product has not fallen automatically, the device will automatically start and push the product out smoothly.
• This is done to prevent the product from being rolled into the machine, thus ensuring the safety and smoothness of the entire production process.

III. Key Capability

• The machine can automatically cut various hose lengths.
• This can be achieved by using different leaning dies.
