Foam Pump Assembly Process

Mohato 1: Feeding

• Pump Head: The machine automatically grabs the pump head and checks it with sensors to ensure accurate grabbing.
• Sprayer Piece: At the same time, the sprayer piece slides down a rail to get into position.

Mohato 2: Assembly

• A mechanical arm takes the sprayer piece and firmly presses it onto the pump head.

Mohato 3: Testing

• The assembled pump is moved to a test station.
• A device will press it twice like a human hand to check whether it is firmly installed and can be used normally.

Mohato 4: Sorting

• Reject Defects: If a pump fails the test, the machine automatically removes it from the line.
• Output Products: Good pumps that pass the inspection are sent to the exit as finished products.
