This is an automated device for pump core component assembly, featuring high – speed operation, reduced labor input, enhanced production efficiency, and consistent assembly quality. It’s suitable for assembling small spray pump cores.

ఆపరేషన్ ప్రక్రియ:

• Pump body feeding detection: After startup, the pump body is fed to the assembly station via a vibratory bowl feeder. A precise detection system checks for the presence of the pump body before proceeding to the next step.
• Glass ball feeding detection: తరువాత, glass balls are delivered through a dedicated channel. The system ensures accurate transportation of glass balls to the assembly position with the pump body for precise mating.
• Spring feeding detection: Springs are fed into the pump body through a tube. The system monitors the tube during transmission; if no spring is detected, an alarm is triggered.
• Defective product discharge: During assembly, any defective components are promptly identified and removed from the production line to prevent sub – standard products from moving forward, effectively ensuring product quality.
• Connecting rod feeding detection: The machine accurately feeds connecting rods to the assembly position via a dedicated system, with detection to ensure availability of connecting rods for perfect coordination with the pump body and piston assembly.
