Specification
The spray bar and the spray head are transported and arranged neatly through the vibration plate. The robot grabs the spray bar and puts it into the disc, then grabs the spray head and inserts it into the spray bar. The vibration plates on both sides transport the spray pieces to the straight vibration belt. The robot grabs the spray pieces in turn and inserts them into the assembled spray bar, and finally completes the assembly of the three-piece spray bar set.
After the finished product is automatically inspected, qualified products enter the finished product box, and defective products are diverted to the defective box. The whole process is efficient and automated to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
