Pump Body Feeding & Inspection: First, the pump body is automatically fed into the station, and a sensor inspects its presence and correct positioning.
Glass Ball Feeding: A glass ball (acting as a valve) is accurately inserted into the positioned pump body.
Head Cap Feeding & Installation: The head cap (actuator) is fed and installed onto the pump body.
Head Cap Inspection: A sensor inspects whether the head cap has been installed correctly.
Head Cap Switch Test: The machine performs a functional test on the installed head cap to ensure its switch/press mechanism works properly.
Suction Tube Insertion: A suction tube (dip tube) is inserted into the bottom of the pump assembly that has passed the tests.
Final Inspection & Discharge: The finished product undergoes a final overall inspection. Qualified products are discharged to the outlet, while any defective products identified at any stage are rejected and sorted out.
