Specification

This machine’s assembly process involves two parallel sub-assembly lines that merge for final assembly

Line 1: Pump Body Sub-Assembly

Pump Body & Gasket Assembly: The pump body and gasket are fed via a track and assembled together.
Glass Ball Feeding: A glass ball is accurately placed into the pump body.
Spring Installation: Next, a spring is installed onto the pump body assembly.

Line 2: Piston Sub-Assembly (Simultaneous Process)

Piston Feeding: On a separate pre-assembly plate, the piston assembly is fed into position.
Closure Installation: A closure is then fed and installed onto the piston assembly.

Main Assembly and Final Steps

Final Combination: The inspected piston sub-assembly is transferred to the main assembly plate and mounted onto the prepared pump body sub-assembly.
Testing & Discharge: The fully assembled product undergoes a final inspection. Qualified products are discharged, while any defective products identified during the process are automatically rejected.

A7: Yes, we can provide on-site installation and Commissioning services, but the buyer have to bear the trip air tickets, accommodation, and labor subsidies,etc.
