The finish of a lotion pump is how it feels and looks when you touch it. We offer four main finishes, each with its own vibe:
Matte: Matte finishes are soft and not shiny. They feel modern and understated, which is great for brands that want a clean, minimalist look.
Glossy: Glossy finishes are shiny and reflective. They feel bright and energetic. Glossy pumps make colors pop.
UV Metallization: This finish gives your pump a metallic sheen like silver, gold. It feels luxury and high end.The UV coating also makes the pump more durable,it won’t scratch easily.
Water Transfer Printing: This is the most flexible finish, it lets you add patterns to your pump, like marble, wood grain even a custom design. Water transfer printing can put it right on the pump. It’s a great way to make your pump feel special.
Shape: Create pumps what you want
If you want your lotion pump to be unique, customizing its shape is the good way.
First, we talk about what you want. Do you want a short, wide pump for a thick body lotion? A tall, slim one for a facial serum? Do you want a rounded top or a flat one? We’ll turn your ideas into a 3D design, so you can see exactly what the pump will look like before we make anything.
Once you approve the design, we build a custom mold. This mold is made just for your brand no one else will use it. Then, we test the mold to make sure the pump works perfectly, it dispenses the right amount of lotion, it’s easy to press, and it fits your bottle perfect.
