4-piece of Closure & Gaskets Assembly Machine

Step 1: Gasket Feeding Detection

• The machine begins by feeding a gasket into the assembly station.
• A sensor then detects whether the gasket is present and correctly positioned.

Step 2: Pump Core Feeding Detection

• Following a successful gasket check, the machine feeds the pump core.
• The pump core is placed onto or integrated with the gasket.
• A sensor verifies that the pump core has been fed and seated correctly.

Step 3: Closure Feeding Detection

• Once the pump core is in place, the machine feeds the closure.
• The closure is attached to the assembly, sealing or fastening the components.
• A sensor confirms that the closure has been successfully fed and installed.

Step 4: Connection Cover Feeding Detection

• Next, the machine feeds the connection cover.
• The connecting cover is attached to the main assembly, completing the primary construction.
• A sensor verifies that the connection cover is correctly positioned.

Step 5: Finished & Defective Product Discharge

• After all components are assembled and have passed their respective checks, the machine makes a final quality assessment.
• Finished Product: If all previous detection stages were successful, the assembly is classed as a finished product and sent to the appropriate channel for accepted products.
• Defective Product: If any of the detecting procedures fail, the assembly is flagged as defective and directed to a separate channel for rejection or rework.
