01.The Opening: 3°C Outside, 38°C Inside
On December 4, 2025, the team gathered at the Brave Camp in Fenghua, Ningbo. Under a clear sky and a gentle breeze, the chill of the single-digit temperatures was instantly shattered by four resounding slogans echoing through the camp:
“Eat well, work hard, keep the orders coming!”
“Charge Team, charge, charge, charge!”
“No matter how high the Kung Fu, it fears the Chopper!”
“Strongest on Earth, we are the best!”
02.High Point ①: Super Cardio Drums
When the music started, the Songmile team transformed into rhythm masters. With colorful yoga balls, grey buckets, and green drumsticks, the team moved in perfect unison to a 125 BPM beat. Even with heart rates hitting 158, no one yelled “tired”—only “more!” The sight of the team drumming in their matching green jackets was a testament to our synchronized spirit.
03.High Point ②: Name That Tune & Dance Off
The competition heated up with a “Listen & Guess” music quiz. From The” Manual of Youth” to “Honey Baby” and “The Smurfs“, songs spanned generations. The lesson learned? Knowing the song isn’t enough; speed and a vast mental music library are the primary productive forces!
04.Ignition Point ③ | Dance & Song PK Competition
With only 20 minutes of preparation time, the self-directed and self-acted stage shows began.
Songmile People + Cardio Drums + Self-choreographed Song & Dance—with these three buffs stacked together, what kind of sparks would fly? A colleague made a sharp comment: “Our Songmile team has its own ‘razor-sharp’ synchronized dance group!”

As the sun began to set, casting a natural golden filter over the camp, we gathered to film our 11th-anniversary commemorative video. We threw our cardio balls high into the air, freezing a moment of pure joy against the blue sky.
